Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship to Singapore.

How long does shipping take?*
For Singapore customers, you will receive your parcel in 1-3 working days.
*Please add 1-2 working days for us to prepare and package your items.

 

Can I track my parcel?
Definitely! A tracking number will be sent to you via email after we have shipped your order.

 

How much is the shipping?
For Singapore customers, all registered delivery will be at S$4.00.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?
An order confirmation email will be sent to you once payment has been verified. This usually takes 1-2 business days.

 


RETURNS

Can I exchange my item?
Yes you can. Size exchanges are possible within a week of purchase and are at no cost.
Unfortunately, exchange of design or colour is not allowed.

Who pays for the shipping costs?
The two-way exchange shipping charges will be borne by you. If the items are over $100, consider using a trackable (registered) shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not bear the responsibility of lost mails.

Are meet ups available?
Sorry, we don’t offer meet-up services.

How do I know if my item is eligible for an exchange?
If it’s in the original unworn condition and packaging, sure it can be exchanged. Please provide the e-receipt or proof of purchase for the exchange to be valid.

How long will the exchange process take?
Approximately 10 working days depending on the designated address.

Can I exchange a sale item?
Unfortunately, sales item are not entitled to exchange or returns.

The order I received has a defect on it, can it be exchanged?
We truly apologize for that! If you spot any manufacturing defects, please reach out to us and we’ll be in touch shortly.

Is it possible to get a refund on my return?
Unfortunately, cash or credit card refunds are not allowed once a transaction is completed.
